The questions that you have to ask: Does the company have the same values as mine? If they are marketing in a way that is suited to my personality? Do they offer an enthusiastic product or service, I can get? Is the compensation plan suited my talents, time, commitment and talent? If answers to these and other questions, you become a better feel for whether a company is right for you and although choosing the right company does not guarantee success, it is dramatically increase the odds. One of the biggest mistakes I see made in network marketing, is picking the wrong sponsor. In general, one of two things happens. Either a person gets from a friend, family member or employee who does not know anything about building a successful network marketing business as they sponsored.
